On How to be Beautiful

By Mommie Dearest

“I have always known what I wanted and that was Beauty…in every form.”

Joan Crawford

My Dearest Children,

What will follow is a collection of life advice. The very best of mee. From cooking, to cleaning, budgeting and everything in between.

Today, I am going to give you some beauty tips. They work for everyone who Believes in them.

If you wish to ask specific questions, reply directly to this letter at any time or use this link right here. Please make use of what you believe is of use and discard anything that does not safely apply to your life. Use as directed.

  • Before eating meditate on where you want your food to be distributed at, how it will make you feel and how wonderful it is to have nourishment in front of you.

  • Nothing outside of you can corrupt you, the sages warned us. Only what is within can heal of corrupt. So it is my belief your thoughts about the food you eat are just as impactful as the actual food. Stay connected to your food and you will notice less dis-ease but also a natural tendency emerges and you will naturally start craving natural foods.

  • It’s important you don’t force yourself to make changes but seduce yourself into them…

  • Meditate before you go to sleep on where you’d like Botox. Plump your cheeks, your lips, the wrinkles around your eyes, your forehead and in between your eyes.

  • Think of it often and enforce a beauty routine that accentuates this. Imagination is more powerful than any injection and does not come with side effects.

  • With practice you will be able to shift your looks anytime you’d like without any artificial procedure while always looking like yourself. Beauty is a reflection of inner light and confidence. The less you do, the more it’ll shine. If you need help shapeshifting your looks, send me a note: actors know how to become anyone they wish to.

  • Water is one of the few ingredients that you’ll actually need. Steam, ice, hot and cold water are to be applied depending on the effect desired.

  • Beauty products are topical therefore do not actually work other than on topical skin issues. (Dryness f.e.)

  • Use any product and imagine it costs thousands of dollars.

  • Food and exercise should compliment your ideals of body image. Salt and sugar will plump but also bloat. Use strategically.

  • Thinking about your ideal image before going to bed will increase your results by 100 fold. Anything you think or do before falling asleep or right as you wake up is more potent.

  • Imagination is the key to almost anything you’d desire to achieve. Good form, strength in your punches, agility in your dance moves or more brain power for tomorrow's meeting. All of it is accessible from within, free and deliver immediate results. I speak confidently from experience.

  • Feel free to seek inspiration in someone else’s wardrobe, career path, looks or body type. But do not wish to be anyone but yourself. It is a discredit to your Creator. To your parents and grandparents and everyone that sacrificed their life for you.

  • You face is a reflection of a genetic link chain that demonstrates your ancestors survival and success. DO NOT WASTE PRECIOUS TIME wishing to be anyone else or look like anyone else. Self Love and acceptance are the only way to confidence and beauty that radiates from within. I speak confidently from experience.

  • Invest in Olive Oil. Good quality, import if necessary. Use in hair, food, face and body.

  • Always go to bed early. Reserve your beauty and energy for small amounts of time. Nothing good happens after 10 pm anyway.

  • Habits and rituals are more important than the products or price tag. How you perceive yourself is the only thing that matters.

  • Highlight the imperfection and the mistake. They make you stand out in uniqueness. A crooked tooth, a mole, grey hair… The contradiction between expected beauty and flaw will make you more attractive. The contrast between ugly and beautiful will accent the beauty. Pull people in with your unwavering acceptance of your flaw and you will make them blind to it. I speak confidently from experience;

  • Beauty is a decision.

To my darling children with love,

Mommy Dearest
