2024 has brought a lot of changes in our lives, especially economically. The Real Estate Industry is no exception. We are seeing tons of changes from both the Seller’s side and Buyer’s side, Lower Interest Rates and changes in Real Estate Commissions. So lets break this down!
Real Estate has been a rollercoaster in these last few years and no one has escaped the turmoil. Whether you’re renting, selling, buying or investing, it’s been challenging to keep up with all the minute to minute updates to the ever changing markets. Experts don’t predict prices to go down in any dramatic way but price appreciation is likely to soften, opening up the door to more affordability, while still remaining a great time to sell. Win-Win!
