Field of Dreams

From Hunter-Gatherers to Dream Farmers

  Field of Dreams

For the longest time, I chased my dreams like prey.

Wild. Distant. Elusive.
I’d spot one on the horizon — a career goal, a fantasy, a better life — and run toward it with everything I had. No map. No tools. Just adrenaline, hunger, and a little bit of magic.

God was all I knew… Faith my only System.
I was a hunter.
I was gathering scraps of inspiration wherever I could — in a stranger’s story, a movie scene, a midnight idea I hoped I’d remember come morning.

A tiring experience. So many goals seemed to disappear in the midst the closer I got the them. Others would lose all meaning as soon as I grasped them.

I have accomplished 100 substantial goals in my short life. Moving to NYC, becoming an actor, starting my own Theater Company, dance Tango in Buenos Aires, air my own WebSeries, become an American Citizen, fight in a cage, jump off a plane, mother a Russian Blue cat… I could on.

Taking my Real Estate License wasn’t one of them. It was not an act of inspiration, but one of desperation. After setting and accomplishing so many goals, I felt as empty as ever. As confused, as lost and as alone as I ever felt before.

I had a Green Card in my hand, a long list of goals checked off my list, beauty, brains, health, time. But nothing excited me anymore. Becoming a realtor was an escape from that terrible feeling that I had but been a bamboozled fool thus far. Who cares about Dreams? We have bills to pay and chores to get done. I didn’t have the energy to keep hunting down my fantasies. I felt old, stupid. Mostly, tired.

I joined KW in late 2020, ready to be an annoying, bitter salesperson.

What happened next, I could not have predicted. Not in my wildest dreams…

Systems: the missing puzzle piece that changed my life forever.

Thousands of years ago, our ancestors were hunter-gatherers.

They lived in motion — tracking herds, foraging for roots, responding to the moment. Life was about now — immediate action, immediate reward. Survival was uncertain, and nothing could be built long-term unless it was carried on your back.

And then… we learned to farm.

We stopped running and began rooting. We studied the land. We read the sky. We discovered that some things — if planted, watered, and left alone — would grow.

This wasn’t just an agricultural shift. It was a spiritual one.
Humanity stepped into its first real sense of legacy — that we could build for the future.

Hunter-gatherers lived in the now — survival demanded it. But once we started storing memory (both orally and through symbols), we began recognizing patterns:

  • Rain came after certain stars appeared.

  • Certain plants thrived after fire.

  • Time wasn’t chaos — it was cyclical.

Once we saw the cycle, we could prepare for it. We created tools, systems and containers.

Once I read the MREA, I stopped being a hunter gatherer of my dreams, and became a farmer. Gary Keller’s Systems & Models revolutionized my thinking. I stepped into a new order of thought, one where I could organize and systematize my dreams.

I don’t need motivation. i don’t need Coaching calls or Podcasts, or seminars telling me to be Bold. I am a natural born fire cracker. I needed Systems…

I took Mr. Keller’s principles, de-constructed them, put them to the test, broke them apart ands rebuild them for myself.

I created my own Goal Setting System: ✨ The Dream Catcher System ✨ . A new and improved version of Gary’s models. And for the past 2 years I have been working through it, living it and loving it.

I created the Dream Catcher System for myself first — to give structure to the chaos.
To help me plant, water, and harvest my ideas like they actually mattered. And guess what? They did. They do.
And now, I share it — because I know I’m not the only one who used to sprint after dreams and wonder why they kept slipping away.
We’re meant to root.
To build.
To grow.

These days, I don’t run after every spark in the distance. I sit still. I listen.
A dream isn’t something you find. It’s something you grow.

IIt took me years to realize this. That my goals weren’t too big — they were just unscheduled. That my desires weren’t impossible — they were just waiting for a container. That chasing is only one kind of ambition. And that staying put, building a routine, trusting a process? That’s another — and it’s quieter, deeper, stronger.

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

🎩 You’ve just read a newsletter grown organically from the tears of abandoned listings, pruned by a cosmic realtor in vintage heels, and edited under the influence of rose quartz and back taxes.

Somewhere in the distance, a dream just signed a lease.
Emmy just negotiated a clawback clause.
And I just remembered rent is due — emotionally, spiritually, and actually.
