Hello Stranger,
Thanks so much for reading—I'm really glad you're here.
By being here, you’re stepping into a world of Real Estate Art—where homes are more than properties, and dreams are more than ideas. A world where we explore ambition, identity, money, love, and the quiet, complicated desire to find where we belong.
We walk through it together—hand in hand—through open houses and open questions, through deals and doubts, through what we build and, mostly, what we lose.
We talk about what no other realtor dares to: Failure.
Because “home” isn’t just a deal.
It’s something we recognize. Something we become. Something we crave. Something we reject. Something we run away from…
But in the end, we always return to.
Come…
and if you’re not long, I will wait for you forever.

Lessons in Love
A House Built on a Roc.
I’m not proud of the showings I forced you through,
Truth I buried just to close on you.
Thought my hunger could carry us both,
But pressure cracks what it can’t hold.
Life-vests turned to unanswered texts,
silent phones, no dial tones.
I was reaching—line went dead,
Now I’m drowning in what we said.
I was left with waves of doubt—
pulling me under, again and again.
Are you still interested?
All these homes we were building—
but never lived in them.
Contracts signed on fleeting feelings.
I guess I never followed up.
I could be better, I should be better—
Lessons in Love.

All the homes we were touring—
we could never afford them.
Open houses, and showings whenever. I thought we could do this forever.
I never said no.
I could be better, I should be better—
These are lessons in love.
Restless nights, offers rejected, foreclosures that brought only shame…
Promises I couldn’t keep. You left with no title in your name.
Words unspoken poke my head like a gun. Plans faded like a polaroid in the sun.
I could be better, I should be better. - Lessons in Love.
