The OF Method - “ONLY FILIPA Method” for achieving more by doing less. It’s the missing Female Perspective. Intuition, Visions, Feeling. And the World of Dreams..

I AM a sleeper. I have always been prone to sleep a lot and at my average sleep schedule can reach 12 h in a day - mostly depending on hormonal swings. I have always been called lazy, but the truth? Sleep is divine. It’s restorative, creative, and — yes — even prophetic.

Most of my best ideas, answers and revelations come to me in my sleep hours.

I am a Dreamer, in all it’s Meaning.

-Psalm 127:2
"In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat— for he grants sleep to those he loves."

In our hustle-driven culture, sleep often feels like the ultimate luxury — a block of time to be sacrificed for work, goals, or endless to-dos. The truth is, sleep is the foundation of Success — and when used intentionally, it is a tool to manifest your dreams.

Sleep is when your body repairs itself, your mind consolidates memories, and your creativity blooms. Lack of quality sleep can impair decision-making, weaken your immune system, and crush your productivity.

Studies consistently show that top performers — from CEOs to athletes — prioritize sleep as part of their routine. They understand that sleep fuels focus, energy, and resilience, all essential for climbing the ladder to your goals.

But wait! There’s more!

Sleep is a Manifestation Tool

Manifestation is often seen as a mental or spiritual practice, but your sleep cycles are just as important for tuning your mind to what you want.

During deep sleep and REM cycles, your subconscious is highly active — processing emotions, releasing stress, and reinforcing neural pathways.

Sleep states are bridges between the Unconscious and the Conscious World - The Sub-Conscious.

- Jung, the Subconscious, and the Sacred Language of Sleep

Carl Jung, the great psychoanalyst and mystic thinker, believed dreams were not just flickers of memory or nonsense — but messages from the soul.

To Jung, sleep was the doorway to the unconscious, the part of ourselves that holds deep wisdom, patterns, desires, and even pain we’ve buried. He taught that dreams are the language of the unconscious, a symbolic roadmap to healing, self-awareness, and transformation.

“The dream is a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul.”

Carl Jung

In sleep, your ego loosens its grip. The mask falls off. The soul steps forward. And this is where the real work begins.

Your dreams are not distractions. They are data. Divine downloads. Reflections of what you won’t (or can’t yet) face in the light.By paying attention to your dreams — journaling them, sitting with their symbols — you are doing spiritual work in the quietest, most graceful way possible.

Salvador Dalí and the Surreal Power Nap

Salvador Dalí didn’t just sleep — he curated his naps to flirt with the edge of dreaming.

He developed a method called “slumber with a key”:
Dalí would sit in a chair, holding a heavy metal key between his fingers, dangling it over a metal plate on the floor. As he drifted into the first seconds of sleep — that liminal space where dreams begin — his fingers would relax, the key would drop, clang on the plate, and wake him.

That moment — just before true sleep — was his creative goldmine. He believed it was the space where the conscious and unconscious mind met, where ideas were purest and symbols untouched by logic.

“At the moment of dropping off to sleep, during the instant when the body becomes weightless and the images flood the mind, the real magic begins.”
Salvador Dalí

Dalí tapped into a liminal dream state now known in science as hypnagogia — the brief transitional phase between wakefulness and sleep, where visions, sounds, and intuitive insights can arise without the filtering of the conscious mind.

Sleep is not a shutdown — it’s a portal.

Where logic rests, imagination leads. And where Imagination leads, vision is born.

🚀 God works the Night Shift

Rest, Revelation & Re-Alignment

Throughout the Bible, God speaks in dreams. These dreams weren’t just subconscious noise — they were divine instructions.

“For God speaks again and again, though people do not recognize it. He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night…”
Job 33:14–15

So, how do I get the most out of my sleep? I am going to reveal to you my biggest tips to not only improve your sleep, but get things done WHILE you sleep. That’s the definition of wealth!

Information isn’t chased: it is downloaded. And the clearer the vessel, the higher your chances to tune into a desired frequency.

“Only Filipa Method”:
  1. Start during the Day: what you pay attention to during your Conscious time shows your Subconscious what to look for in the Unconscious. Your Conscious is a search bar. Use everything as a prompt for your sleep;

  2. Reset your Emotions: Don’t go to bed angry, resentful or jealous. The dream world will look for more of that. So go to sleep with emotional states you want to 10X the next day; I am not a big believer of “No Screens” or set bedtime routines. But whatever I do before sleep, I know I’ll have an exponential return.

  3. Write things Down: before you go to sleep be specific about what you want an answer to? It will be downloaded into your system without effort; As soon as you wake up, write down any feelings, ideas, and most important SYMBOLS.

  4. Wear white to sleep, have white bedding in your bed. Yes, it matters. White is a better energy conductor than any colors. and they allow you to see more clearly in the dream. Prints, dark pjs/ bedding and quotes are absolutely forbidden in my bed. Keep the channel clear.

  5. Cotton and Linen only: materials materialize. The can help, restrict or disturb access;

  6. Stay Sober: If you drink or get high/ take medication to sleep you can disregard all advice. It neutralizes the effect. You will still dream but no new information will be downloaded. You entered La-La-Land. Have fun tho. You don’t need to dream everyday!

  7. Stay Pure: Sex before sleep will have your dreams reveal things about the other person. It is a bond to their psyche. Use wisely. Strangers in your bed are considered High Risk behavior. OF or porn is especially dangerous before sleep. Learn to fantasize using your IMAGINATION. But i’m not your mother.

  8. Ask God: What would you want me to know? Be open to receiving God’s message (pure channels = less distortion)

  9. No Bad Intentions: The hallmark of a good person is how good they sleep. A clear conscious is usually the recipe for a good nights sleep. if you’re having trouble sleeping due to money issues, health issues, business problems, etc: You are addicted to your problems. Stay Sober. Having ill intentions, sabotaging others or wishing ill on others is an arrow pointed at you. No rest for the wicked;
