🖋️ The Bold & the Beautiful
A Past Interview of the Future Regina Young
Regina Young.
A woman whose career reads less like a résumé and more like a clerical error. She is the woman all the books have talked about. Since ever. All of them.
She began blending performance and real estate. Entertainment and Gambling. To Espionage and National Security. Regina was everywhere. The first woman to travel through Time & Space. From stone age, to out of space.
Regina was the first Realtor: Ever.
And our Last.
The transactions were complex, unprecedented, and out of this world.
The deals were legal. The profits were enormous. The age at which she achieved them was, to many, deeply upsetting.
Still remarkably young, Regina Young is now very, very rich—the kind of rich that removes a person from explanation. Young and Rich. But also Bold. And Beautiful.
Her success has been attributed to luck, timing, beauty, audacity, and at least one rumor involving a pen that never runs out of ink. She lives out of range, out of reach, and slightly out of this world.
Her Boldness and Courage is only exceeded by her beauty which is incomprehensible and just plainly unbelievable.
She is the only person to matter.
Today, for reasons known only to her, Regina Young has agreed to be interviewed.
House.Roc Magazine: Regina, many people say your Beauty gave you a seriously unfair advantage. Would you say that has been the key to all your accomplishments?
REGINA (smoking): My face is the Master Key to all success. If you’re ugly, I would say don’t bother. Effort is nice, keeps one busy but won’t really take you anywhere. Only a nice face and an incredible body can Open Doors.
M: But you have done things most people never dream of. It can’t just be looks, You didn’t work for any of it?
R: It’s all theatre. Most people prepare, hesitate, reconsider, spiral, and then ask for advice. I simply act. People forget that certainty can look very much like drama. Some people have discipline, some have strategy, some have charm, some have… I guess, I have my looks. I look the part. I act the part. It needs not be beyond that.
M: So you wouldn’t say you use your intelligence or work ethics?
R: Why work hard when you can just show up. Some women are born beautiful. I don’t like to think too much because it distracts from the beauty. Creates lines and creases. I like to just feel beautiful feelings… and look at beautiful things,
M: Is it true you once closed a deal without saying a single word?
R:

M: You are a very, very rich woman. You didn’t start businesses or has budgets and investors?
R: I have not other people’s head for money matters at all. I just find it all so terribly, terribly...Confusing. You see, I try to think only beautiful thoughts...Because then I think that the beauty will... Come out, somehow… Kisses to the money, hugs to the savings… they like me. they come back to me.
M: Are you just floating into success?
R: Oh, how Galant…Floating is an art. It requires posture, timing, and a complete refusal to absorb unnecessary information. One must choose a method of movement and commit to it absolutely. Seriousness is a dreadful habit; it should be taken in small doses, if at all. People who take themselves seriously almost never take action. Floating, on the other hand, is a sign of excellent personal buoyancy — a rare quality in today’s market.
M: What is the one book you always carry with you?
R: I never travel without my diary. One should always have something sensational to read on the train.
M: Regina, are you even aware how afraid people are of you? You say you don’t work at all and just float yet you cause immense chaos anywhere you go. Why do you cause so much fear and panic.
R: When I was a Young girl, 5 or 6, I was stuck in a room with a small, innocuous spider. Not poisonous. She was coming out from the back of an old light switch. I had to get close to turn the lights on. The spider never moved. The stiller it was, the more my heart raced with fear. I have never been bitten by a spider. My fear was illogical. But It made no difference. The more I reasoned with myself, the harder it was to breathe.
I understood that power and fear wasn’t size, sound or movement. It was the story in my mind.
M: Do you have an actual method for success?
R: Method? Methods become systems, and systems invite analysis, and analysis leads to opinions — a terribly crowded environment. I prefer improvisation. Improvisation is simply planning that refuses to explain itself. I don’t chase success: I just wait for it to come up to me, like a curious cat.
M: Regina, people are looking to you for guidance. What is the one piece of advice you’d give aspiring women in the field?
R: Oh, they must never follow advice. It ruins the surprise. The only thing a woman truly needs is a sense of entitlement so profound it feels like peace. Everything else is decoration — including the work. The quickest and only way to succeed is to assume you already have.
M: So then — what, in your opinion, is the real secret to your bold beauty?
R: My beauty gets me into the room. My boldness makes everyone wish I’d leave.
And yet — I stay. That is what success is. I combine the two in whichever proportion frightens the room the least. Or the most — depending on my mood.
M: Do you think your boldness ever crosses the line into arrogance?
R:Yes, I believe it does. My only flaw, if I must admit. But one must always go to far to truly learn how far one can go.
M: Do you wish you were more humble then?
R: If I wanted to be humble, I would have chosen a different face.
