More than 1 million realtor’s careers ended on August 29th, 2027. The survivors of the nuclear obliteration called the war “Judgment Day.” 

They lived only to face a new nightmare: the war against the machines. The computer which controlled the machines, “Zilltron”, sent Terminators.

  • Their mission: to destroy all human contact from the Real Estate Transaction. Humans for Profit.

The resistance was able to send a lone warrior, a protector for the last few good realtors standing: “The Imaginator.” It was just a question of who would succeed.

You are currently watching a “How to Make it in America” Story in real time:

In three years, “NetDoor” will become the largest supplier of real estate transaction systems. “NetDoor” services will be integrated with AI operators, specialized drones and finally becoming fully unmanned. Afterwards, they transact with a perfect operational record. The system goes online January 1st, 2025. Human decisions are removed from strategic defense. “Zilltron” begins to comp at a compounding rate.

“The Imaginator” already lives among us. But all you’ll hear about her is:

-“Sorry kid, she’s a psycho. Didn't you know?"

It's like everything you’d been brought up to believe was all made of bullshit. You just hate her but everything she said was true. She knew... and nobody believed her. Not even YOU.

If you want to survive in this industry you gotta listen to people. Really listen. You can’t just sit there and be all Data. “Zilltron” and “NetDoor” will do that much better than you.

You gotta entertain your audience. Bring on the theatrics. Put on a show and make them center stage. Teach them to feel, to emote, to play the central character. Put them on covers of magazines. Make them cry or laugh. Give them something to believe in, preferably in themselves.

You too are gonna die soon, so live a little.

Live that character that is sitting inside of you.
